It’s hard to believe today was my last day – bittersweet to say the least! The classroom is where I love to be, however my kiddos are looking forward to having me home before and after school more often. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of students. They all will hold a special place in my heart, and I will miss them. Thank you to all of the 4th grade families for their help and support during my ‘stay’ in 4th grade! My hope is to continue to sub at Arrowhead so I know I will be able to see everyone soon!
Mrs. Gray will be picking up where I left off. We wrapped up our week in reading today as we started studying the Central Region of the US. Unit 5 inquiry projects are completed, too! Chapter 6 Social Studies tests were sent home today as well. in science, students finished their energy transfer activity and will begin designing their safety device next, Persuasive paragraphs have been completed, and next up will be their five paragraph essays on the topic of safe driving.
Next week starts Dr. Seuss week!
Monday, March 2 - The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins - Wear any kind of hat! A sombrero, baseball cap, or even a beret!
